We provide the printing, copying, shipping, mailbox rental, fax, and notary services described on this site. We aim to provide these services as described, but details like turnaround time, materials, and availability can vary and aren't guaranteed to the minute.
Pricing and payment
Prices are set at the time of service and are due at pickup or completion unless we've agreed otherwise. Prices shown on this site are estimates and may change; we'll let you know before completing an order if the price differs from what was quoted.
Content you provide
You're responsible for anything you ask us to print, copy, or ship — including making sure you have the right to use it. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of files, artwork, or items you supply to us.
Shipping and carriers
Once a package leaves our store with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier, that carrier's own terms and timelines apply. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by a carrier or by circumstances outside our control, such as weather or carrier service disruptions.
Packaging is your responsibility
You are completely responsible for how your item is packaged for shipping, whether you pack it yourself or we pack it to your instructions. If a carrier determines that damage to a shipment was caused by improper packaging, that determination — and any resulting cost, claim, or loss — is your responsibility, not ours.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our best to get every order right, but our liability for any issue with a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific service. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
